How do I login to pay my bill, view invoices, or set up for auto pay online?

To view your Primecall bill, make payments, or set up auto pay visit https://crmcenter.xyz/billing/. If you need assistance setting up an account, please reach out to our billing department by emailing support@primecall.com or call 972-312-0388 option 3.

Invoices are sent out approximately on the 15th of every month. The invoice will then be due on the first of the following month.

The first invoice you receive will include multiple months because PrimeCall bills in advance. Typically, the first bill will include the month in progress and the following month. 

Your service contract typically will have two components:

1. The Equipment Package:

Billed by a Third-Party leasing company, this includes any physical equipment you receive.

2. The VoIP Service Package:

Billed by PrimeCall, this is the actual service bill, including your Phone Lines, Number(s), and unlimited long distance calling in the Continental United States. This bill begins when your numbers become active with PrimeCall.
