If you're unable to obtain a bill from your provider listing your numbers on it, you may use one of the options below to provide proof of ownership.
Please include one of the above along with a completed LOA form as outlined in Porting Telephone Numbers to Primecall
A bill copy listing all numbers from your current service provider and a Customer Service Record CSR) are the preferred documents.
Screenshots and emails from your current service provider will work in most instances but may result in a slight delay in processing.
