Caller ID Number Playback Test

When 844.59PRIME (844.597-7463) is called, the system will read your 10-digit Caller ID number back to you before announcing the menu options available.

 This is useful for confirming which phone number callers see when you call them.

Option 1: Touch Tone Test

When you press 1 on the dial pad, you will be able to test how your phone dials menu options. 
To do this:

  1. Press 1 on the dial pad.
  2. Once you hear a beep, enter in digits using the dial pad.
  3. Press to send.

 Once your input is sent, the system will play back the numbers that you have entered.

Using this option is a great way to see if the device you are using is experiencing DTMF dialing issues

Option 2: Voice Echo Test

When 2 is pressed on the dial pad, the system will start playing back what you speak into it.

Place a Test Fax

When you are having issues sending a fax to a certain numbers, it is recommended to try faxing a different number. This can help confirm if your fax service or the other party's fax service is having issues. 

To place a test fax, send a fax to either 1 (888) 473-2963 or (215) 825-8792.  

The fax servers registered to those numbers will send a fax back to the fax number you sent the fax from. If a response is not received, then your fax service may need further troubleshooting.
