Primecall's Standard Warranty
New phones from and install or shipment from Primecall come with a standard one-year manufacturer warranty.
If you purchase a refurbished or new phone from our web store, it will also come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If the warranty for your phone has expired, you will need to purchase a phone from the webstore as a new replacement.
Will Primecall Provide Warranties for Phones Purchased through a 3rd-Party Company?
Primecall will not provide a warranty for phones purchased from 3rd party companies.
Phones not provided by Primecall through an install, shipment from our Shipping Department, or web store purchase will not be covered.
Policy for Replacing Devices After a Year
If there is still an active lease on the account, Primecall will be able to replace phones with a refurbished model.
The model of the replacement may not be the exact model of the phone being replaced. Standard warranty reasons still apply.
Getting a Replacement
Please call in to technical support to first troubleshoot the phone remotely. If a technical support agent is able to get the device to work again, then a replacement might not be needed.
If a replacement is deemed necessary, the technical support agent troubleshooting will initiate an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request with our Shipping Department, who will handle shipping out the device.
