SV-140FeatureAdd PrimecallFAX support into Desktop App.  Users can now sign up for PrimecallFAX and send, receive, and report on faxes. (Requires special setup for proper configuration.)
SV-190FeatureAdded Control Dashboard with full drag and drop support.  Supports Parking, Call Queues, Agent status, waiting calls, and Drag and drop transfer.  Similar to the PrimecallCONSOLE but with completely new User Interface and added functionality.
SV-191FeatureWebHID Headset control added for Yealink USB headsets.  This allows users to answer and hung up calls from the headset instead of clicking the screen. When a headset is detected, the user will be prompted to pair the headset with the application.
SV-194FeatureAdded a DND Prompt when an agent sets their queue status.  The agent CAN chose to go on DND when logging out of a queue.  Feature is disabled by default; however, there is a setting toggle in the Settings--> General section.
SV-198FeatureAdded Windows Notification on Missed calls.  This will be persistent until they are cleared.
SV-199FeatureAdded Diagnostic tools section in the Help menu. This allows users to test the Internet connection, Call Quality, SIP ALG Detection, and MOS Scores.  The User can enter an email address once the report is completed and email that to themselves or to a remote technician for review.
