There will not be any sound indicating that the call is being recorded.
Call recordings can be accessed under the Call History section of the Primecall Web Portal: Primecall.com
Filter through the call history by time and date, or by the number that was dialed.
The part of the call that was recorded will be available on the web portal for 30 days after the recording was made.
Primecall has the ability to record all calls on your account.
This can be done by reaching out to a Technical Support Representative (844.59PRIME (844.597-7463)) or support@primecall.com).
