Reset Your Portal Login

Requirements: Your Enswitch username or an email address will be required to reset your password.

If you do not remember your username and do not have an email address set in your account, please contact our support to ensure you are set up with a web portal login with an email address set in your account. If you are unsure of what platform your account is on, please contact our support for this as well.

Reset Your Login Information

In some circumstances, it may be necessary to reset your password. To do this…

  1. Navigate to your version of the web portal, Enswitch 1 or Enswitch 2.
  2. Click Lost username or password.
  3. In the My details section, use the Username or Email address boxes to enter in either your username or email address.
  4. Click the Send email button.

    ✔ You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.
