Installing the Zoiper Mobile App for Android

The Zoiper Softphone app is available from the Google Play Store  - Zoiper SIP Softphone

The following information will be required to register the Zoiper application and can be obtained by submitting a support request.

Platform:

ES1 or ES2

Telephone Username:

Your assigned telephone 7-digit extension

Telephone Password:

The password for the 7-digit extension listed above

Once you have the above information start the Zoiper application, select "sign in with QR code" and scan the appropriate QR code for your service platform identified above:

Configuring the Zoiper Mobile Softphone App

If you already have the app installed and would like to manually configure it, the following information will be needed:

Domain:

es1-reg.primecall.com or es2-reg.primecall.com

Username:

This is the full 7-digit extension as listed in the web portal on your account (ex: 7240102)

Password:

The password assigned to the telephone (not the user web portal password) of the extension you are configuring this for. 

This is not visible on the web portal and must be obtained from our support team.

Outbound Proxy:

This is not needed in most cases and could cause issues if used when unnecessarily. 

Please test using the app without the Outbound Proxy enabled (Outbound Proxy field empty) prior to entering anything in this field.

For Users that need an Outbound Proxy enabled to connect after following through on testing, please enter this information:

  • 72.249.136.46:5065

After updating the required fields, press the Register button.

  

EMERGENCY CALLS

PrimeCall's mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular Dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis; however, this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time.

This product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing emergency calls.
