The following information will be required to register the Zoiper application and can be obtained by submitting a support request.
Platform:
ES1 or ES2
Telephone Username:
Your assigned telephone 7-digit extension
Telephone Password:
The password for the 7-digit extension listed above
Once you have the above information start the Zoiper application, select "sign in with QR code" and scan the appropriate QR code for your service platform identified above:

If you already have the app installed and would like to manually configure it, the following information will be needed:
es1-reg.primecall.com or es2-reg.primecall.com
This is the full 7-digit extension as listed in the web portal on your account (ex: 7240102)
The password assigned to the telephone (not the user web portal password) of the extension you are configuring this for.
This is not visible on the web portal and must be obtained from our support team.
This is not needed in most cases and could cause issues if used when unnecessarily.
Please test using the app without the Outbound Proxy enabled (Outbound Proxy field empty) prior to entering anything in this field.
